Retail Policies
Please do not order without careful considerations, as labor cost and/ or restocking fee will be charged
Keep in mind that our products are dedicatedly handmade and take days to finish.
If you are under 18 years of age, permission from parents or guardians is required before any custom orders.
All orders shipped out to our customers will return back to us if no one is available to accept the package or no one picks up the package from the shipping company’s local station. We are not responsible for product no collected within this time period.
We will charge re-delivery charges and processing fees if we need to re-ship a package.
All our products are precision made to the highest standard. We do NOT accept any responsibility for damages after collection.
Order processing time is 24-48hrs excluding Saturday and Sunday.
When you visit DiamondFactoryJewelry.com or send any emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. Diamond weights are approximate. Items are enlarged to show details. Shyne Jewelers is not responsible for printing, photographic, clerical & typographical errors. We reserve the right to rectify any error found. CT indicates approximate diamond carat weight. There may be additional charges for sizing. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the fluctuation in gold and diamond markets. All items are subject to availability while supplies last.
Return Policy
Diamond Factory Jewelry DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow (1) exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. In the event you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item for an item of equal or greater value. Jewelry items can be exchanged for jewelry, and watches can be exchanged towards watches or jewelry. Jewelry cannot be exchanged towards a watch. Please contact us by phone at 708-853-9561 or by email at DiamondfactoryJewelry@gmail.com and we will provide you with instructions on completing your exchange.
If you are sending an item back due to a manufacturer issue or for a ring sizing, you must first request an authorization number for your package. To obtain an authorization number contact us by phone at 708-853-9561 or email at Diamondfactoryjewelry@gmail.com. Ship your package via UPS or Fedex ONLY. and insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Diamond Factory Jewelry is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from DiamondFactoryJewelry@gmail.com and ensure that your name, address and return authorization number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
Diamond Factory Jewelry will contact you upon receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 14-day period. All items must arrive back at our store in their original condition.
Watches, Custom & Special Orders Policy
Watches, Custom, and made to order items are non refundable. (Including engravings and size modified orders). Custom orders require a non refundable $500 deposit to begin the design process. Custom Orders are specially made pieces and made to the specifications from the buyer, and therefore may not be exchanged or returned.
